Color and Description Disclaimer

While placing your order, please keep in mind that minor color variations may occur. We strive to match product colors as accurately as possible, but slight differences can result from:

  • Fabric dyes.

  • Variations in monitor settings and resolutions.

  • Lighting during photography.

Garments may also appear in different shades under various lighting conditions. A 10% shade variation is normal.

For products with embellishments like beads or sequins, note that these decorative elements may occasionally come off despite careful handling. Please consider this when placing your order.

Case 1: Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive damaged or defective goods:

  1. File a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Email us with the subject "Complaint" and include your Order Number and Product Code.

  3. Attach a photo of the damaged part for verification.

  4. Our team will review your complaint within one business day and offer one of the following:

    • Replacement at no extra cost.

    • A credit note.

    • Full refund.

Resolution Process:

Case 2: Color Variation

If the product’s color varies significantly from what you expected:

  1. File a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Email us with the subject "Complaint", your Order Number, Product Code, and a photo of the product.

  3. Minor color variations (up to 10%) are considered normal. Returns are accepted if the variation is beyond acceptable norms.

  4. Our team will review and provide one of the following resolutions:

    • Replacement of the product.

    • A credit note.

    • Full refund.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the product in its original packaging for further inspection.

Case 3: Product Not Liked

If you don’t like the product after receiving it:

  1. File a complaint within 12 hours of delivery.

    Condition 1: Customised products (like tailored Sarees, Lehengas, or Men’s Wear) cannot be returned.
    Condition 2: Non-customized products can be returned, but the return shipping cost must be borne by you. Refunds or credit notes will be issued after the product is received and reviewed.

Case 4: Incorrect Fitting for Customized Products

If the fit of a customized product is not right:

  1. File a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

    Condition 1: If the incorrect measurements were provided by you, we will resize the product. You will need to cover the return shipping cost and pay for reshipping.
    Condition 2: If the stitching does not match your provided measurements, we will resize or replace the product at no extra cost.

Case 5: Parcel Lost or Wrong Delivery

If your parcel is lost in transit or delivered incorrectly:

  1. We will resend the exact product(s) at no additional cost. Refunds or product changes are not allowed.

  2. The courier company will investigate and confirm the issue within 3–4 business days.

Important Notes

  • Pre-Paid Shipping Labels are available for customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and select European countries for returns.

  • Size-related returns are rare due to our strict quality checks. However, if the size differs from your order, we will provide a Pre-Paid Shipping Label for returns.

  • Returned products are reviewed by a team of experts, and resolutions are provided within 2 business days.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement:

  1. If the cancellation is due to our error, a credit note or full refund will be issued.

  2. If the product matches your order but you wish to cancel, refunds will not be issued, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds

Refunds are processed as per our Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Store Credit is issued for refunds below 50% of the product value, redeemable on future purchases.

  • Money Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
